1) Sizing
Products are sized as separates. Halter top and Bra top are sized
according to your back and cup size. They run from Petite/Small (P/S) A through DDD and Medium/Large (M/L) B through DDD. A Petite/Small is equivalent to a back
size of 32 or 34 and Medium/Large would be for a back size of 36 or 38. If you
wear a bra size of 36C you would take a Medium/Large (C). If you wear a 32C, you
would take a Petite Small (C). Triangle tops are sized a/b, b/c, c/d, d/dd. If
you normally wear a fuller version of a cup size you would go up.
The bikini bottoms
have the following sizes, petite, small, medium, and large. Petite are for
people size 0-2. Small for 2-4. Medium for 6-8. Large for 8-10.
2) Return
Policy
We will be glad to
make an exchange or credit your account for any items you are not completely
happy with. The item/s MUST be returned to Style Section within 14 days of the
shipping date in unworn and perfect condition, including protective shields on
bathing suit bottoms, hangers and original packaging. Items that are received
after 14 days or not returned in the condition that they were originally shipped
in (including all original packaging) are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured with the package securely
wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. All
refunds and exchanges will be fulfilled once we are in receipt of original
merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the day we ship. You
must notify us of all returns and exchanges prior to shipping. Return-by dates
will be included with your order. All orders must be post-marked prior to or on
return-by dates. If you are returning an item for exchange that we no longer
have in stock your credit card will be fully refunded if the item is returned in
the proper condition as per our policy. Orders placed prior to January 8, 2003
are subject to our original return policy which is included in your shipment
packages.
3) New
Styles
There will be many different Lingerie styles available this season. The Lingerie
is manufactured in phases and only a few styles will be released at a time. We
will be posting new pieces as they are produced.
4) Order Processing
Before we ship any items we check them for quality assurance. If we find that
the item is damaged and we do not have extras in the size ordered, we will
notify you that item is now out of stock. In this instance your credit card will
not be charged. We ask that you allow two business days for your order to be
processed before your item/s are shipped out. Some orders may be processed
faster.
5) How do I become notified when items are back in stock?
If we are out of an item that you are interested in please send us an email to
Rhond@RhondaShear.com . Be sure to tell us the size and style number of each
item.
6) How come I can't find an item in my size?
Do to the popularity and high demand of certain items; some sizes may be out of
stock. If we are able to get sizes back in stock we will re-add the size to our
store. You can email us at info@stylesection to be notified we get a particular
size or style back in stock.
7) How long before my purchase will be shipped? How does this effect
when I will receive my goods?
We want to be able to guarantee that all items are available in stock and are in
perfect condition. Most items will probably shipped within three business days.
This means that if you paid for next day shipping, you will receive the item the
day after shipped and NOT necessarily the day after you place the order.
Most items will probably shipped in within three business days, but this
is not guaranteed.
8) Will
you be ordering more of my favorite item?
We will try to replace all sold out inventory, but because of high demand for
certain pieces, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to more stock for
everything.
9) Payment
Currently Shear Entertainment only accepts American Express, Discover, Visa and
MasterCard.
10) Is there another way for me to order besides the Internet?
At this point in time we are only accepting Internet orders.
11) Where does
Up All Night Lingerie ship to?
Style Section ships to the entire United States and Canada only
12) What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
If you order and item that is out of stock you will be notified by email. Credit
cards are not processed at the time of purchase and you will not be charged. You

to be notified if we receive a new shipment.
